As of January 2012 we now only post via Registered post.
Registered Post - insures your parcel up to $100AUD, provides tracking & requires a signature when received. It is the safest way to send parcels.

* Registered Post Orders (up to $100) - $7.50.
* Registered Post Orders PLUS Insurance ($100-$300) - $9.50.
* Registered Post Orders PLUS Insurance ($300+) - $10.50.

*Platinum Express (this must be signed for) - $13.40.
(This is insured up to $100 but can also be insured for purchases above that - please contact me).

Australian Orders $300+ :: Free Upgrade to Platinum Express Post PLUS Insurance!!!

Registered Post - Person to Person - an extra $5.70.

♥ International Orders::

All International orders will also now be Registered.

New Zealand International Registered Postage - flat rate $19.50

International USA/CANADA Registered Postage - $24.50

International UK/EUROPE Registered Postage - $28.50

Please note - while I will endeavour to track or trace your parcels, I can not be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage caused by Australia Post or their contractors once your package has been posted.

To avoid the stress & disappointment, I am now only using Registered Post so the Parcel must be signed for. Anything over $100 will also be insured.
This will reimburse you if the package is lost or damaged in transit & enable me to resend once Australia Post have investigated & approved the claim (usually takes 10 business days after a claim has been lodged by me).

Please understand that using this postal method is the only way for both parties to have peace of mind when packages go missing. *
